Liverpool set to seal mega-money deal for Napoli’s goal-scoring hero Gonzalo Higuain

The Argentine striker is believed to be a summer target for Jurgen Klopp after a terrific season in Seria A.

Jurgen Klopp is keen for a world-class forward to lead Liverpool’s line. Higuain scored an incredible 36 goals in 35 league appearances and can now class himself as one of the deadliest hitmen in European football.

Klopp is keen to strengthen his attack with a world-class striker following a disappointing showing the likes of Christian Benteke and Daniel Sturbridge.

The German tactician was forced to hand chances to Roberto Firmino and youngster Divock Origi in attack, and would love to bring Higuain to Anfield.

Liverpool will have to pay through the nose to get him, but BeIN Sports claims that a deal is almost at the finish line.
