Most Valuable footballers: Who tops the list.......?

It has been revealed in new study by the CIES Football Observatory that Barcelona star Lionel Messi is the most valuable player in the world,
followed by his team mate Neymar Jr.
The Argentina International, who won his fifth FIFA Ballon d’Or only five months ago, is valued at €211.1m, making him the most expensive player on the planet.
Neymar Jr. comes second and already has a whopping value of €201.5m, while the Champions League winner Cristiano Ronaldo completes the top three.
Chelsea star Eden Hazard, who was third on the list ahead of Ronaldo in January, has fallen to the 12th position after poor campaign at Stamford Bridge.

Harry Kane is worth more than Luis Suarez, Paul Dybala is more valuable than Alexis Sanchez and Manchester United’s Anthony Martial should cost more than Bayern Munich’s Real
Madrid target Robert Lewandowski.
The transfer values is based on econometric model that takes into account both the performances of the players and their clubs, as well as characteristics, like age, position and contract situation.
